ABOUT OUR OWNER/PROVIDER
Angela Nicole Williamson, known as Nicki, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner and the owner of Southern Comfort Health and Wellness, Inc. Nicki's academic journey began with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from Florence Darlington Technical College. She furthered her education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Western Governors University and a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus (MSN-FNP) from South University. She is currently two clinical semesters away from completing her post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Liberty University.
With a strong foundation in emergency care as a Certified Emergency Nurse, Nicki has expanded her expertise to include certification as a Medical Examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). She is also a Master Injector for Facial Aesthetics, demonstrating her skill and precision in cosmetic procedures.
Nicki's practice at Southern Comfort Health and Wellness encompasses a broad range of services, including weight management, hormone optimization, IV hydration, red light therapy, peptide therapy, virtual urgent care, and behavioral health. Her comprehensive approach ensures that patients receive personalized and holistic care tailored to their individual needs.
Terri Reynolds, Office Manager
Terri Reynolds, affectionately known as "Mrs. Terri", is the friendly face and organizational force behind Southern Comfort Health and Wellness. As our office manager, Terri brings a wealth of experience in healthcare administration, patient relations, and practice coordination. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service help ensure that every visit is smooth, efficient, and welcoming.
From scheduling appointments to answering questions and supporting our clinical team, Mrs. Terri plays an essential role in making sure our patients feel cared for -- every step of the way.
Francie Castro, LPN
Francie Castro is a Licensed Practical Nurse with a passion for patient-centered care and a calm, compassionate presence that puts everyone at ease. At Southern Comfort Health and Wellness, Francie plays a vital role in supporting both clinical services and patient education. With her strong nursing background and dedication to wellness, she ensures that each patient receives attentive, high-quality care -- whether assisting with treatments, preparing patients for visits, or helping coordinate follow-up support.
